Akutol ChitoFib Nanoplaster, Waterproof Pack – 15 pcs

The Akutol Nanoplaster ChitoFib® waterproof pack contains highly waterproof polyurethane plasters that are ideal protection for minor injuries when bathing, showering and swimming. They perfectly conform to the body's contours, protect the wound from infection and maintain a moist environment for healing. The plasters are covered with an extremely soft and fine structure of chitosan nanofibres made using NANOSPIDER™ technology. These fibres act as a protective layer against potential microbial contamination of the wound from the external environment.

Composition: The pack contains 15 pieces:

• 10 pcs PU (polyurethane) transparent, highly waterproof plasters with a chitosan pad, size 19x72 mm
• 5 pcs PU (polyurethane) transparent, highly waterproof plasters with a chitosan pad, size 38x72 mm

Use
Before applying the plaster, clean, disinfect and dry the wound and the skin around it. Make sure the adhesive parts of the plaster do not overlap the wound. Do not moisten the wound before covering it, and do not treat it with ointments, powders or other products. Replace the plaster as needed, with no limit on frequency, at least once a day.

Caution
The plaster is intended for single use. It is suitable for all age categories. Do not use to cover wounds with increased bleeding or to cover chronic wounds.
