We want to offer the very best! And to make shopping with us a pleasure, in addition to the popular fast online payment methods we have now also introduced so-called deferred payments. 

In cooperation with Raiffeisenbank a.s., we present a new payment method for purchasing goods in our Zvířecí Potřeby e-shop.

The deferred payment system works on the principle that you pay for the goods you have ordered later, with no fees. Buy pet food, for example, and pay within 30 days at no extra cost. This applies provided that you pay the amount within the period agreed with the service provider. Most commonly, this means paying the relevant amount within 30 days.

Platímpak is a service of Raiffeisenbank a.s., a Czech banking institution supervised by the Czech National Bank (ČNB). Thanks to it, you receive the goods you need straight away, while your payment is deferred free of charge for up to 30 days from the order.

Data security meets the requirements of banking institutions. Your personal data are protected in accordance with banking standards. We are a licensed bank supervised by the Czech National Bank. We meet extremely high standards in IT and data security. The service runs on our own servers.
