Allnature Almond Kernels 500g
Almonds are generally among the most popular and most widely available types of nuts. Besides their delicious taste, which everyone recognises straight from the very first bite, they contain vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein and unsaturated fatty acids. They therefore make an excellent addition to a healthy diet. Almonds are not only a great quick snack, but are also useful in baking, cooking or preparing healthy breakfast porridges.
Tip for almond cheese:
Blend the almonds and soak them in water overnight, strain off the liquid and mix the pulp with olive oil, garlic, lemon and herbs to taste. Leave to rest and you'll have a beautiful, healthy almond cheese.
