Glucosamine: Responsible for the proper function of cartilage, its firmness, elasticity and resilience, and contributes to its regeneration. It acts against pain and inflammation in joint osteoarthritis. Unlike analgesics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, this effect is delayed and appears after 4-6 weeks of regular use.

Chondroitin sulphate: Chondroitin sulphate can stop the loss of joint cartilage that occurs massively in osteoarthritis. With long-term use it has beneficial effects against joint pain and inflammation.

Sodium hyaluronan: In the joint it acts as a lubricant and shock absorber. It has antioxidant properties. An increased intake of sodium hyaluronan counteracts cartilage degeneration and restores its original properties.

Boswellia serrata: Frankincense tree - the important components are boswellic acids with an anti-inflammatory effect. Boswellic acid reduces musculoskeletal pain. Long-term use has a beneficial protective effect on cartilage. It reduces the pain and stiffness of an osteoarthritic joint.
