PETVITAL GAG is a complementary feed intended to support the mobility and health of joints, tendons and ligaments. It contains a high proportion of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which help regenerate and strengthen connective tissues such as joint cartilage, tendons and intervertebral discs.

This natural preparation is suitable for dogs of all age groups – from growing puppies to active sporting dogs and seniors. It supports performance, vitality and the resilience of the musculoskeletal system during exertion, training, competitions, pregnancy and lactation.

The preparation contains natural ingredients that are essential for the correct function, performance and resilience of the musculoskeletal system. Amino acids and seaweed represent a readily available source of sulphur, which is important for collagen formation and the health of joint structures. Green-lipped mussel meal (Perna canaliculus) and calcium carbonate naturally nourish connective tissues and joint cartilage. It contains glycosaminoglycans, chondroitin-4 and -6-sulphate, heparin, heparan sulphate and omega-3 fatty acids, which support joint flexibility and regeneration. Vitamin E and selenium act as powerful antioxidants, protecting cells from damage and helping to break down harmful metabolites. Vitamin E also contributes to greater stamina, speed and overall performance in the animal.
