PetKit Yumshare Dual Hopper Smart Feeder

The PetKit Yumshare Dual Hopper is a smart feeder fitted with a wide-angle camera lens and two-way microphone, letting you not only watch your pet but also talk to it and record it. What's more, the camera automatically detects and analyses the amount of food left in the bowl - based on the result of this analysis, it can pause further feeding to prevent food building up and being wasted. Using the PETKIT app, the user can set a feeding schedule by day of the week, quantity, and portion size. Food can also be dispensed manually by pressing and holding the button on the base of the device - don't worry, your pet won't be able to press it, just like the button that opens the container's lid. The PetKit Yumshare Dual Hopper can use two power sources - mains electricity, which is the main power source, or 5 AAA batteries, which are used when the power is out..

Keeps food fresh

The food container mounted on the main unit has a sealed lid that keeps the food inside fresh. On the inside of the lid there is a pocket basket that absorbs excess moisture. After a portion of food is dispensed, the container's opening closes, preventing insects from getting in, among other things. Inside the container is a rotor with arms that stirs the contents, preventing the food from clogging inside. In addition, the device monitors the amount of food in the container, so it doesn't dispense more food if there isn't enough left in it. The device is suitable for various types of food: frozen, dry, mixed, air-dried. Thanks to a divider that splits the container into two parts, the user can pour in two different foods, which will simply mix together in the bowl, or, using the app, choose a different feeding time for each one.

Two power sources

The feeder can use two power sources - mains electricity and power from four D-type batteries, which last approximately 60 days. Daily, the feeder uses electric power via the included power supply, and the batteries are a backup source activated during a power cut, ensuring the user's animal gets food even in difficult conditions.

More options with the app

Using the PETKIT app, users can set a detailed feeding schedule for their animal. Personalisation options include setting different values for each day of the week: feeding times for both foods or one at a time, number of feedings, amount of food. The app also lets you record a 20-second voice message and check the device's status.

Simple construction and aesthetic design

The PetKit Yumshare Dual Hopper is a feeder with a minimalist, elegant design that's easy to clean and, thanks to its simple construction, suits many interiors. The feeder's clever construction consists of several parts, reducing the chance of one of them breaking. It also prevents the food container from being opened or the food itself from being separated from the animal. On the front of the feeder there is a transparent window through which you can see the level of both foods. The included stainless steel bowl with a scratch-resistant finish fits perfectly into the dedicated space on the main unit - the animal won't tip it over.
