Their base is made of wheat flour and eggs, just like real Christmas biscuits. The crumbliness of the dough and easy digestibility are ensured by potato starch and rice flour. Fructose and honey add gentle sweetness, while carob flour, cinnamon and apple flavouring pleasantly season the biscuits and highlight their fruity note, which is an essential part of Christmas.
