Fitmin Purity Puppy Beef Grain Free food is suitable for puppies from 4 weeks to 12 months of age and for pregnant and nursing bitches.

From 4 weeks of age, it is advisable to give puppies a soft, mushy diet as an intermediate step for a smoother transition from milk to solid food. FPD GF Puppy & Starter Beef food is suitable for this purpose and can be used in these two ways:

1. FEED SUPPLEMENT WITH A COARSER TEXTURE:
(SIMPLE PREPARATION AND A NATURAL FOOD TEXTURE)

• Take Fitmin dog Purity Grain Free Puppy & STARTER kibble.
• Pour on lukewarm water at a temperature of approximately 40 °C. Do not use hot water, to avoid unnecessary loss of vitamins.
• Let the kibble soak and soften for 15–30 minutes.
• You can then mash it with a fork.
• Since the kibble often does not dissolve completely, you can mix it with Fitmin Dog Puppy porridge or milk, which creates a softer consistency that puppies accept more readily.

2. FEED SUPPLEMENT WITH A FINER TEXTURE:
(FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PREPARE A REALLY FINE, SMOOTH MASH)

• Prepare Fitmin dog Purity Grain Free Puppy & STARTER in the same way: pour on lukewarm water and let it soak and soften for 15–30 minutes.
• If the kibble is still not soft enough afterwards, add a little water, Fitmin Dog Puppy porridge or milk as needed.
• Then blend the mixture with a stick blender to a smooth, mushy consistency.
• Always serve freshly prepared.
