KATTOVIT Niere/Renal Chicken Pouch 85 g
Complete food for chronic kidney failure. Specially designed to provide cats with high-quality protein in an easily digestible composition. A high protein level can damage the kidneys. The decisive factor is the protein content based on the amount of energy.
With Kattovit NIERE / RENAL - unlike conventional feeds - only about half of the energy is provided by protein.
Enrichment with potassium citrate ensures less acidic (neutral) urine and can thus prevent the formation of oxalate crystals (oxalate prophylaxis). Phosphorus and sodium levels are reduced.
Feeding guide: for cats weighing 3 kg, feed approx. 2-3 pouches; for cats weighing 5 kg, feed approximately 3-4 pouches per day.
Composition: meat and animal by-products (including 12% chicken), cereals, plant by-products, oils and fats, minerals (0.2% potassium citrate).
Analytical constituents: crude oils and fats 5.5%, moisture 80%, crude fibre 1%, crude ash 1.8%, calcium 0.18%, phosphorus 0.12% potassium 0.25%, sodium 0.15%, magnesium 0.02%.
