Leonardo Adult Light Sterilised 7.5 kg

Whatever the cause of being overweight, it always means an increased health risk. Reducing the energy value of the food is therefore a fundamental step towards improving the cat’s health condition and life prospects.

The food also contains, among other things, valuable Antarctic krill (tiny marine crustaceans). It is a source of astaxanthin, a very powerful antioxidant that protects against inflammation, also helps slow ageing and supports a strong immune system. Krill is rich in glucosamine, which nourishes cartilage and joints. It is also a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are present here in the form of phospholipids, which have better bioavailability.

This recipe uses two types of poultry meat. Firstly, dried poultry with a higher protein content than usual is used. At the same time this ingredient is low in ash, which means a lower burden on the urinary tract. This poultry is also easily digestible and, moreover, very well tolerated. In addition, the recipe also contains fresh, high-quality poultry muscle meat, which ensures a wonderful taste and aroma as well as tolerability. The manufacturer sources this meat directly from regional suppliers.

This recipe is also suitable for neutered cats.

Recipe features

• Reduced energy and fat content together with a high protein content means weight optimisation without loss of muscle mass
• Increased fibre content – apple pectins and oat bran for a feeling of satiety and proper bowel function
• Without wheat gluten, with rye malt
• With fresh poultry meat - meat from regional suppliers
• Proportion of protein from meat in the total declared protein: 80 %
• L-carnitine for the preferential drawing of energy from reserve fats
• Antarctic krill – marine crustaceans – high content of nutritionally valuable substances
• High content of omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds and marine zooplankton together with lecithin ensures a perfect condition of skin and coat
• Kibble size 10 mm
• pH control

L-carnitine - supports the burning of excess fat in the body.

pH Control  – the composition of the food and its high nutritional quality, fully matching the needs of the cat’s organism, is a strong prevention of urinary tract disease as a result of unsuitable pH. The low starch content and high proportion of easily digestible, full-value protein from pure meat have a fundamental effect on the course of digestion without undesirable fluctuations in urine pH.

STAY Clean™ – this is a complex of substances applied to the surface of the kibble so that, even during the short time the kibble is in contact with the teeth, they are cleaned of dental plaque.
