What does a cat's natural diet consist of?

Let us illustrate this using the example of a mouse as typical feline prey, which your darlings would eat if they did not have their caring keepers – you. A mouse consists of approximately 60 % meat, 35 % animal by-products (heart, lungs, bones, etc.) and 5 % carbohydrates, with a moisture content of about 70 %.

Lucky Lou food is of course not made from mice, but its composition resembles this natural pattern as closely as possible and is even more delicious and healthier!

This food range is specially adapted to the various stages of a cat's life and their individual needs. Because a kitten needs a different amount of nutrients than an adult cat, and likewise cats in their prime have different food requirements than senior cats. At the same time, you will also find here special variants for neutered cats and couch potatoes – with a reduced fat content and L-carnitine.

Courgette is an excellent source of fibre and vitamins for cats, which can support healthy digestion and regular bowel movements.

Salmon oil contributes to the cat's overall health, particularly thanks to its high content of omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids support a healthy coat and skin, help reduce the risk of inflammation and strengthen the immune system.

Recommended dosage: The feeding ration always depends on the activity, age, size, breed and health of the cat. We recommend feeding in smaller portions, as needed, 3–5% of the cat's body weight per day.
