If you own a Petoneer Fresco Pro or Ultra fountain, keep in mind that for it to work effectively, components such as the filter, pump filter and sponge need to be replaced every 30 days. Otherwise, the device's effectiveness will gradually decline. To make it easier to keep your pets supplied with a constant source of fresh, clean water, the Petoneer replacement filter set was created. It contains 3 filters, 3 pump filters and 3 replacement sponges.
Three stages of filtration
Thanks to their unique filter design, the Fresco Pro and Ultra fountains excel at effective three-stage filtration. The first stage is pre-filtration of larger particles using a special mesh. The water is then cleaned by an activated carbon filter. Finally, the device passes it through an ion-exchange resin filter. As a result, the fountains allow you to give your pets cleaner water and reduce the risk of illness.
Filter replacement
With Petoneer, you don't even have to remember to replace the filter. The Fresco drinker's algorithm will send you a reminder to your phone in advance. Don't have a smartphone to hand? No problem! A special LED indicator will let you know when the filter needs replacing. It will light up red at the right time. Then all you need to do is open the package containing the Petoneer replacement element set and swap the old element for a new one.
