The food helps prevent the formation of tear stains:

When an animal eats something that does not agree with it (grain-based products, food full of preservatives and additives), unsuitable substances and toxins build up in the intestines. The animal's body tries to "clean" itself and get rid of them, often through the tear ducts – together with tears. This is why the coat around the eyes turns brown.

Nature's Protection food protects against this reaction of the body by:

• being a grain-free food – it does not cause allergic reactions or inflammatory processes, and is suitable for sensitive animals
• using suitable protein sources – easily digestible, assimilable and hypoallergenic

With the right food, "waste substances" and inflammatory processes no longer occur in the animal's body – tears become clear and the coat around the eyes stays white and clean.

Herring – the most easily digestible of all fish, low in calories, making it suitable not only for sensitive animals but also for those that need weight control. It is characterised by a high content of omega-3 fatty acids (healthy coat and skin), and is a source of vitamin D (for immunity and brain function).

herring 35% (dried and finely ground meat), dried potato pulp, peas, poultry fat, sugar beet pulp, salmon oil (1%), dynamically micronised clinoptilolite (1%), linseed, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), hemp oil (0.5%), yucca extract, green tea (0.05%), dried marigold (a source of lutein) (0.02%).
