| When diluted as recommended (15 g/250 ml), the drink is sugar-free (0.5 g/100 ml of drink). |
Recommended dosage:
Mix a dose of 15 g (1/2 scoop) into 250 ml of water. Take approximately 30 minutes before strength-type sporting activity. For endurance-type activities, this product needs to be supplemented with carbohydrates and additional fluids (e.g. Isodrinx). The maximum dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature below 25°C and use within 3 months. Undissolved particles may appear after mixing; this is not a defect. A tingling sensation is a natural reaction!
