COMPLEMENTARY FEED FOR CATS
DESCRIPTION: Nutribound provides essential nutrients that are recommended to be given to an animal during the period of convalescence, from the very early stages.
PROPERTIES:  Nutribound is a highly digestible liquid preparation, ready to use immediately, which stimulates the appetite and drinking until the return to the usual state.
Arginine
An amino acid, a precursor of nitric oxide, of important significance for immune functions, wound healing and cell division

Taurine
An organic substance with antioxidant properties, essential for the cardiovascular system; it has an important function for the skeletal muscles, the retina and the central nervous system

Glutamine
It is important for maintaining the integrity of the gastrointestinal tract and the immune system

Essential fatty acids (Omega 3 and Omega 6)
These fatty acids are required for biological processes such as the formation of phospholipids and sterol, the building blocks for cell growth and repair, and for the synthesis of prostaglandins, leukotrienes and thromboxanes 

Prebiotics (Inulin, Oligofructose)
Prebiotics are natural soluble fibres present in low concentrations in many plants, which in the digestive system stimulate the growth and activity of health-beneficial bacteria 

Vitamins
Organic compounds vital for the body, obtained from food or specific supplementation

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
On first use, open the bottle, unscrew the white cap and remove the safety foil.
1/ Shake before use. Sedimentation is a normal phenomenon.
2/ Amount to be administered: In case of doubt about the animal's condition, it is recommended to seek the opinion of a veterinary surgeon.
It is recommended to give 6 ml / kg body weight per day in one or several divided doses.
Nutribound can be given on its own, with water or poured onto the food. Water should always be available.
For precise dosing use the measuring aid, which is included in the packaging.
Nutribound can be given throughout the entire period of convalescence, from the first phase until the return to the usual diet.  The recommended protocol is divided into 3 phases:

 
1 -Initiation: from the very first hours of convalescence Nutribound can be given to the cat, which will provide it with rehydration and supply essential nutrients
2 - Continuation: after 48 hours it is necessary to start giving food. To increase tolerance in severely affected animals, in addition to Nutribound it is recommended to give small and repeated doses of highly energetic and digestible nutrients concurrently (e.g. Nutri-plus gel from Virbac).
3 - Transition: Nutribound can be given with the usual food, when it helps the animal return to its normal eating habits.
