Rataj Algae Destruct Algae Remover 150ml

A strong and effective product against brush algae and cyanobacteria. It also has antiseptic and bacteriostatic effects.

Dosage: Algae Destruct is designed to suppress brush algae (red algae) and cyanobacteria (Cyanophyta). Before applying the product, about a third of the aquarium water must be changed, the substrate cleaned of sediment, and the filter cleaned in aquarium water that has been drained off. Dose 10 ml of the product per 20 l of aquarium water as a single application. After application, the water in the aquarium will turn yellow-green. The product is not harmful to fish. After 14 days, change a third of the aquarium water, clean the substrate of sediment again and clean the filter. If the algae persist, repeat the application and change a third of the water again after 14 days.

Once the treatment course is finished, we recommend the Bactoesex product, which restores the biological balance in the aquarium.

During treatment, do not expose the aquarium water to UV radiation or sunlight.

Warning: For Algae Destruct to work effectively, the water in the aquarium must contain as little organic matter as possible. Measure its concentration with the ANTIALGAE test. If the level is too high, clean the filter in aquarium water that has been drained off, clean the substrate of sediment, and change about a third of the water.
