Dried camel scalp is even harder than beef, so it lasts a long time even for the most passionate canine chewers. To soften it, the dog has to work on it thoroughly – and while doing so it cleans its teeth, massages its gums and strengthens its jaws. Camel-hide treats are suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes, but they will be especially appreciated by owners of dogs that suffer from food allergies and intolerances. So that these mono-protein delicacies retain as much of their natural smell and taste as possible, they are prepared by slow drying and without the use of any additives.
