Protein&Co Rapeseed Oil Spray 250ml

Invite a helper into your kitchen that will handle cooking, baking and frying with ease. You can use rapeseed oil anywhere you need to add a little fat, safe in the knowledge that it won't disturb the flavour of your food at all. It's practically flavourless itself.

What it lacks in strong flavour it more than makes up for with plenty of vitamins, plant sterols and other health-boosting substances it's packed with.

Why choose rapeseed oil?

• It contains a decent amount of monounsaturated fats, which support your brain and cardiovascular system,
• it contains oleic acid and plant sterols, which help lower bad cholesterol in the body,
• it's rich in vitamins E and K, which do your whole body good,
• per 100g, it even has the highest vitamin E content of all the plant fats available,
• thanks to its high smoke point, it's also great for frying.

Stay in control of both flavour and calories
Food doesn't need to swim in fat to taste good. A few drops are usually enough.

And the oil spray makes sure those drops land exactly where they should – nice and evenly, so you can squeeze the maximum flavour out of the minimum calories.
