A low concentration of soluble fibre helps limit fermentation in the colon. A low concentration of insoluble fibre prevents a reduction in the energy value of the diet and limits the possible negative effect on the palatability of the low-fat diet.

A synergistic complex of antioxidants limits oxidative stress and destroys free radicals.
