Supreme Science® Selective Junior Guinea Pig, with a higher proportion of protein and vitamin C, is a very tasty, nutritionally balanced food for guinea pigs up to 20 weeks of age and for pregnant and nursing females. This top extruded food with identical pieces ensures that your guinea pig will not pick out its favourite pieces from the food, as it may do with non-homogeneous feed mixtures. Thanks to its high proportion of fibre (15 %), the food helps to wear down the teeth and, together with the added prebiotics, supports the growth of healthy gut flora in the digestive tract. The high proportion of protein (18%) and a sufficient amount of vitamin C (1 000 mg) are essential for the healthy growth and development of young guinea pigs. Dried herbs such as dandelion and fennel enhance the palatability and aroma of the food and also serve as a natural source of antioxidants. The flaxseed it contains is an excellent source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids for healthy skin and coat.

This food, rich in natural ingredients, is naturally tasty even without added sugar and artificial colourings. Composition: Alfalfa meal, wheat, feed wheat, soya bean hulls, soya flour, pea flakes, flaxseed, soya oil, prebiotics (MOS), dried fennel, dried dandelion.

Nutritional additives/kg: vitamin A 37 300 IU, vitamin C 1000 mg, vitamin D3 2 000 IU, vitamin E 100 mg, iron (iron sulphate monohydrate) 50 mg, iodine (anhydrous calcium iodide) 1.5 mg, copper (copper sulphate pentahydrate) 7.5 mg, manganese (manganese oxide) 30 mg, zinc (zinc oxide) 100 mg, selenium (sodium selenite) 0.25 mg.

Analytical constituents: Crude protein 18%, crude fibre 15%, fat content 4%, crude ash 6%, calcium 0.6%, phosphorus 0.5%.

Feeding guide: Selective Guinea Pig Junior food is suitable to be fed to young guinea pigs ad libitum, but it is necessary to regularly check the body weight and overall condition of the animal. At the same time, ensure unlimited access to quality hay and fresh water. We also recommend adding suitable fresh vegetables.
