This very tasty recipe follows the natural diet of guinea pigs, both through its content of essential high-fibre grasses and through the absence of cereals.

The food contains no artificial colourings or added sugars, which benefits guinea pigs’ teeth. Added linseed supports healthy skin and a glossy coat. Composition: Timothy hay, soya hulls, pea flakes, ground soya bean meal, ground dried carob, pea flour, whole brown linseed, soya bean oil, calcium carbonate, hydrolysed yeast, yucca extract. May contain genetically modified soya and traces of nuts.

Analytical constituents: Protein 16.0%, crude fibre 20.0%, fat content 4.0%, inorganic matter content 5.0%, calcium 0.6%, phosphorus 0.5%.

Nutritional additives/kg: vitamin A 37,500 IU, vitamin C 1,000mg, vitamin D3 2,000 IU, ferrous sulphate monohydrate 50mg, anhydrous calcium iodate 1.5mg, copper sulphate pentahydrate 7.5mg, manganese oxide 30mg, zinc oxide 100mg, sodium selenite 0.25mg.

Feeding guide: An average adult guinea pig needs 40–50g of Selective Rabbit Grain Free food per day. At the same time it must always have quality hay and clean drinking water available, and we recommend adding fresh vegetables too. Store the food in a cool, dry place. The recommended feeding amounts are only approximate and may vary according to the animal’s activity and other factors. Adjust the daily food ration to the guinea pig’s current condition.
