The carbon filter for the Petlibro Luma litter box is a replaceable cartridge designed to effectively neutralise odours. It contains activated carbon and a non-woven filtration layer that cleans the air by removing unpleasant odours, pet hair and fine particles; suitable for the special cartridge slot in the Luma litter box, easy to install and lasts 30–90 days depending on intensity of use and the number of cats.

Multi-layer filtration

The filter works in several stages, which increases its effectiveness. The non-woven fabric traps hair and fine debris, limiting their circulation in the air. The activated carbon layer is responsible for absorbing odours, and another catalytic element supports the cleaning process. As a result, the air around the litter box is not only less smelly but also cleaner. The use of activated carbon ensures that the filter does not mask odours but absorbs them. Air flowing through the litter box system is directed straight into the filter, where unpleasant odours are captured.

Easy replacement and maintenance

The cartridge design is matched to the Petlibro Luma litter box system, making installation a breeze. Replacement involves removing the deodorising cartridge, inserting a new filter, and sliding it back in. The whole process takes only a moment and requires no additional tools, making it easy to stick to a regular replacement schedule. A single filter lasts up to 3 months, reducing the need for frequent replacements. The lifespan depends on the device settings, the number of cats and the intensity of litter box use. This long lifespan translates into greater convenience and a consistently fresh environment without the need for constant attention.
