Do not give veterinary diets to your pet without your vet's recommendation! You should also consult your vet at least once every 6 months as to whether to continue feeding the diet. If your pet's condition worsens in any way while on the diet, contact your vet immediately.

Indications:

A food for special nutritional purposes for dogs, formulated to reduce intolerance to ingredients and nutrients in food and for dogs suffering from food allergies and atopy. It is used as a diagnostic tool (elimination diet). The food is also suitable for dogs with unsuccessful treatment of atopic dermatitis and recurrent diarrhoea.

Method of treatment:

It is recommended to seek your vet's opinion before starting your dog on the food and before extending the period of use. Recommended feeding period: three to eight weeks. If symptoms disappear completely, Vet Life UltraHypo may be used for an indefinite period.

Composition:

rice starch, hydrolysed fish protein (6,000 daltons), fish oil, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, monodicalcium phosphate, sodium chloride, marigold extract (source of lutein). Source of protein: hydrolysed fish protein. Source of carbohydrates: rice starch.

Dosage:

Feed the food in the amounts given in the table. Daily amounts may vary according to breed, environment, disposition and severity of the condition. The daily ration may be divided into two or more portions. The animal must have access to a bowl of water at all times throughout the day.
