Active ingredients of Vetri Lysine Plus
L-Lysine is an amino acid that supports the production of antibodies, hormones and enzymes. It supports the formation of collagen, thereby supporting tissue healing.
L-Lysine competes with L-Arginine, an amino acid that herpes viruses require for their replication.
DMG is a transient metabolite (a substance that breaks down quickly in other vital tissues in the body), which is naturally produced in the body in small amounts. DMG provides useful building blocks, including methyl groups, that support the production of vitamins, hormones, neurotransmitters, antibodies, nucleic acids and other metabolically active molecules. Animals produce DMG in small amounts, and research suggests that supplementing DMG increases oxygen utilisation at the cellular level and thereby supports the immune response (antibodies and the production of lymphocytes).
