WeBiotic^® provides a combination of adsorbents, probiotics, prebiotics and immunostimulants, thereby strengthening gut function with maximum efficacy and protection.
Gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) is the largest organ in the body and is responsible for producing 70 to 80% of immunoglobulins. Proper gut function is therefore essential for overall health.

ENTEROCOCCUS FAECIUM - Probiotics

• Through its role in restoring the gut flora, Enterococcus faecium prevents the growth and adhesion of pathogenic bacteria through a competitive mechanism for receptors and substrate. It has the ability to colonise the gut, which helps balance the gut flora.

BENTONITE AND KAOLIN - Adsorbent clays

• Clays with an adsorbent capacity rich in montmorillonite. Thanks to their smectite properties, they have a high capacity to adsorb toxins and other pathogens, as well as to support the protective coating of the gut mucosa.

FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES (FOS) - Prebiotics and immunostimulants

• A prebiotic effect that supports and maintains the bacterial population of the gut flora, specifically lactobacilli, which are key to controlling E. coli. They are associated with the production of lactic acid and SCFAs, and improve local and overall immunity through the production of immunoglobulins and B lymphocytes via GALT.

YEAST (SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE) - Probiotic and immunostimulant

• Their use is associated with increased production of immunoglobulins (IgE and IgM), which strengthens gut and overall immunity. Their cell wall is made up of carbohydrates, such as mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS). Through their metabolism, they also reduce the oxygen content in the gut, which reduces the presence of aerobic bacteria in the digestive tract. They produce SCFAs (long-chain fatty acids)

PECTIN - Absorbent fibre

• Pectin has a protective function on the mucous membranes, particularly on the lining of the large intestine. It helps to thicken loose stools thanks to its absorbent properties. It also helps normalise gut peristalsis.
