Wolves hunt their prey from the Rocky Mountains of North America, the Arctic tundra, the mountains and forests of Europe, all the way to the deserts and steppes of Central Asia. The individual ingredients of the DEEP GLADE SMALL BREED food were put together with veterinarians to match the natural predatory behaviour of the wolf and the findings on holistic dog nutrition. Wolfsblut dry food is therefore unique.

• Sweet potatoes : According to the American health authority CSPI, they are one of the richest vegetables thanks to their valuable fibre and high content of beta-carotene and vitamin E.
• Pumpkin : It is one of the lowest-calorie vegetables and is rich in vitamin C, beta-carotene, minerals and phytosterols. The fibre it contains is highly digestible and aids digestion.
• Sage : It contains tannins and bitter compounds, as well as numerous essential oil compounds that, among other things, can support digestion and reduce bloating.
• Jerusalem artichoke : Contains a high proportion of inulin, which acts as a prebiotic and stimulates the growth of healthy bacterial strains in the gut. Healthy gut flora has a positive effect on the immune system.
