Mineral Stones & Grit
Mineral stones and grit for parrots are an important dietary supplement, providing birds with calcium, phosphorus and other trace elements essential for healthy bones, beak, feathers and proper nervous system function. Mineral stones also help naturally wear down the beak, while grit – crushed mineral mixes, often containing shell or sand – aids the mechanical grinding of food in the stomach and improves digestion.
