Sometimes your four-legged companion deserves something extra – something that turns his everyday feeding into an experience he'll want to repeat. Our pâtés are designed for exactly such moments. Their composition is extremely simple: they contain only pure meat, meat and bone broth, and a little tapioca as a natural thickener. You won't find any preservatives, artificial additives or flavour enhancers in them, which is precisely why they're suitable even for furry friends with more sensitive digestion.

The pâté is suitable for all ages and breeds of dogs and cats, and contains no gluten, sugar, chemicals, flavour enhancers or soya.

They also bring undeniable health benefits to all of them – after all, meat is the most natural food for your furry friend and should make up the majority of his diet. And since the pâté is made from cooked ingredients, it's also soft enough for older dogs and cats to manage easily.

Ideal for four-legged allergy sufferers too

These treats are suitable for allergy sufferers too, as they contain none of the common allergens such as wheat or soya. However, some companions' immune systems can overreact to certain animal proteins as well, which is one of the reasons we offer five different varieties: pâté with pork, chicken, beef, turkey, and a fish duo of salmon and white fish. So every snout will be able to sniff out the right one for him.

Perfect for varying the diet

Nobody wants to eat the same thing all the time – and a furry friend's microbiome isn't exactly thrilled by a monotonous diet either. Pâtés are also great for adding variety to the menu, so your companion can keep looking forward to what you'll prepare for his bowl this time. Of course, you can also use them as a great reward during training, or simply when you want to show your dog or cat even more love. Just be careful they don't get so used to the pâtés that they start refusing everything else. But honestly, with our healthy, tasty, cold-pressed kibble, that's not very likely.

What's more, pâtés naturally contain a lot of moisture, so they come in handy for those who tend to view plain water more as a necessary evil.

Easy to combine with interactive toys

Despite popular belief, physical activity isn't the be-all and end-all of our furry friends' wellbeing. Their brains need regular stimulation too – after all, mentally challenging activities give companions extra confidence and belief in their own abilities. For example, you can fill a treat-dispensing toy with pâté and simply watch as your dog or cat engages his natural instincts. You can also use pâté in sensory bowls, combining it with other treats such as our famous yoghurt or freeze-dried snacks. And beware – the pâté smells so irresistible that your companion will have it polished off before you can turn around. To slow down his eating pace, treat him to a licking mat.

A snack for every adventure

Do you often travel with your best friend? Then you surely know how challenging it can sometimes be to choose the ideal food for any trip. Our pâtés, however, come in practical packaging that's easy to take with you – to serve, simply open and squeeze it out. Just keep in mind that pâtés are a complementary feed. If you want to offer your companion something complete while travelling, choose our cooked food instead and pack a handy travel bowl as well.

How to choose a pâté that will be a hit at every mealtime?

When choosing pâtés, we recommend considering a few key factors so your pet gets the best.

• Composition is the basis. Avoid chemical additives the way a dog avoids a loud vacuum cleaner. It's ideal to choose pâtés that contain only meat and a few natural ingredients that won't unnecessarily burden digestion. An added bonus is ingredients that don't come from unethical factory farms.
• Choose according to taste preferences. A hundred furry friends, a hundred tastes. If you don't yet know what suits your companion best, try offering him different varieties.
• Practical packaging = fewer worries. New gourmet experiences should be available on the go too. For example, our pâtés have very easy-open packaging, which every active owner will appreciate.

For four-legged allergy sufferers, pay attention to hypoallergenic products. Wheat, soya and other well-known troublemakers don't belong in any companion's bowl, but this goes double for allergy sufferers. If your dog or cat suffers from an autoimmune condition, choose hypoallergenic varieties.

Dosage

Nothing should be overdone, even when it comes to treats like these. The recommended dose is 50 g of pâté per 10 kg of body weight per day. However, keep in mind that this is a treat, so the dosage should also be adjusted to your pet's current condition and activity level. Don't forget to deduct the amount given from the regular feeding ration.

Ideally serve the pâté at room temperature, and make sure your companion always has plenty of fresh water in his bowl.

Store pâtés out of direct sunlight, ideally somewhere cool, though not necessarily in the fridge. Since they contain no chemical substances, they must be consumed within 48 hours of opening.
