Directions for use: To clean your dog's teeth properly, ideally use a Beaphar toothbrush (or the Beaphar finger toothbrush).
Apply a small amount of paste onto your finger and let the animal lick it off. Most dogs or cats take to the taste of the paste positively. Moisten the toothbrush, apply a small amount of paste to it and let the animal taste it again. Gently lift the upper lip and clean a few teeth. Encourage the animal in a pleasant tone of voice. At the next cleaning, cover more teeth, and continue in this way until you are cleaning all the teeth in a single session. The teeth should be cleaned thoroughly 2-3 times a week; with unpleasant breath odour or a higher consumption of sweets the teeth should be cleaned daily. Replace the toothbrush after 3 months or as needed. Always ensure the animal has fresh water available.
Never use human toothpaste for animals, as it contains foaming agents that irritate the animal's stomach.
Store at room temperature in a dark, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
