Excellent dried treat made from raw Salmon meat and so-called "Superfoods" ! Free from flavour enhancers, softeners and preservatives!

Super-premium product made from minced Salmon meat, with dried eggs, Krill, collagen and seaweed. Large balls 24 mm in diameter, generously soaked in salmon oil. An excellent treat for dogs, or even a snack between main meals, providing a rich source of nutrients. Irresistible, natural taste and aroma. Free from preservatives, colourants and flavourings!

Composition: Finely minced, raw meat (including bone) from Arctic salmon, Select Krill meal, Wheat germ, Dried eggs, Cooked rice, Beef collagen with high digestibility, Green seaweed - Caulerpa, Brown seaweed - Kelp, Brewer's yeast, Salmon oil.

Nutrient content per 1 kg of feed: Protein - 34 %, Fat - 22 %, Fibre - 2 %, Ash - 5 %, Moisture - 10 %.

Characteristics: Salmon meat balls are made from a meat mixture of minced salmon meat, including the skeletal frame, without the head and fins, plus the ingredients listed above. The mixture is shaped into balls 24 mm in diameter. The whole mixture then contains at least 60 % minced salmon. Salmon balls are heavily soaked in salmon oil, not only inside but also on the surface! A wide range of vitamins and minerals is provided by the so-called "Superfoods", such as brewer's yeast, 2 types of seaweed, dried eggs and Arctic Krill.

Salmon meat balls are dark brown in colour and have a natural, mild, fishy aroma from the raw materials. The product is not chemically preserved, coloured, softened or flavoured with flavour enhancers. The balls are hard but fairly brittle, so they are easily chewed even by small dog breeds from about 5 - 6 kg body weight. For mini breeds, the ball should be crushed into smaller pieces, or a treat of e.g. 12 mm should be purchased. Because it is a minced remainder of the whole body part of the salmon, small bones may occasionally be found in the balls. If a piece of fish bone protrudes from a ball, you may remove it if you wish. For the dog, however, it is not a problem, since these are thin, fibrous bones that are already cooked and softened. Thanks to the content of finely ground skeletal parts, the treat also contains a high proportion of highly digestible calcium and other minerals.

Suggested use: Use Salmon meat balls as a treat or reward for your dog. It is not a complete food, but a tasty, attractive complementary feed intended for occasional supplementation. Because it is raw meat that has subsequently been dried, with added plant ingredients, it can also occasionally be used as a smaller snack to lightly satisfy a dog's hunger during the day, between two meals.

If a dog accidentally gets hold of the treat by itself and eats a larger amount, nothing will happen to it! These are natural raw materials which will not harm a dog's system even if consumed in a larger single quantity. Because it is a fully dried product, make sure your dog always has access to fresh water.

Storage and use-by: Store in a dark, cool place at up to max. 20 °C. Ideally in a breathable packaging (paper or woven bag). With PVC packaging, watch out for condensation forming inside the bag when the ambient temperature changes. If the treat becomes damp, it will go mouldy!

To preserve its flavour quality, we recommend using it ideally within 3 months of the date of purchase. A well-packaged product can, however, be stored for approximately 6 months at temperatures up to 12 °C, and at least 12 months when frozen - from the date of purchase. Watch out for infestation by insects - moths, etc. If this happens, freeze the well-packaged treat in a PVC bag for about a week. This will remove any moth eggs from the product and it can then continue to be stored. Feeding it to the dog afterwards will not cause any harm.
