A cooked dog treat with highly digestible insect protein (30 %), also suitable for dogs allergic or sensitive to animal protein.

The addition of water algae significantly increases not only the palatability but also the nutritional value of the treat. This represents the latest trend in the field of nutrition. 

Natural nutrient content per 1 kg of feed:  Protein (NL) - 34.5 %, Fat – 4.6 %, Fibre - 4.7 %, Ash - 8.5 %, Moisture  - 10.6 %, Starch - 11 %, Calcium 1.5 %, Phosphorus 0.9 %, NaCl 0.06 %, Iodine 10.2 mg.

Characteristics:  Our training treat for dogs is a cooked mixture in which the dominant source of animal protein is insect, microbial, egg and yeast protein. These ingredients contain all the essential ( indispensable ) amino acids, which are vital for carnivores, and are moreover highly digestible, up to over 90 %, which is unthinkable for classic animal meals ( which reach approx. 50 - 70% digestibility ). The treat with insect protein is excellent for dogs suffering from a food allergy to gluten, chicken, beef, etc., or which generally tend to have problems tolerating conventional feed. The mixture is shaped into balls with a diameter of 12 mm. It contains 75 % animal products + 10 % brewer's yeast, the rest being heat-treated plant ingredients. So, plenty of meat and little starch. The treat has a dark brown colour from the ingredients used and a natural, distinctive meaty aroma. Even mini dog breeds can chew this size. 

We do not artificially flavour or aromatise the product! It therefore has a natural colour and aroma from the ingredients used. We use  only high-quality and fresh  ingredients, many of which are of food-grade quality !

Use:  Use the training balls only as a treat or reward during dog training. Suitable for all sizes of dogs. This is not a conventional food, but a palatable complementary treat, intended as a reward or just as an occasional extra! Do not use it in place of food to satisfy your dog's hunger; use it only occasionally as a reward for good performance and similar achievements. The daily amount for training does not need to be limited, provided it is spread over a longer period. Use as many balls as necessary to reward your dog.

If your dog accidentally gets hold of the treat on its own and eats a larger amount, there is no cause for concern! These are natural ingredients which will not harm your dog's system even with a larger, one-off intake! 

Storage and use: For best palatability, I recommend using the product ideally within 3 months of the date of purchase, when stored in a dry, dark place at up to approx. 20 °C. At a temperature of up to approx. 12 °C, use within 6 months. However, the frozen product can be used  for at least 12 months from purchase. Always keep the balls well sealed, as they are very aromatic.
