The new Fluval FX-6 external filter has a pump output of 3500 litres of water per hour and an outstanding media filtration capacity that produces the cleanest and healthiest water of all.
Filter media can be easily placed into removable media basket containers, which are at the heart of the multi-stage filtration. The baskets are precisely designed to remove impurities from the water, making filtration more effective.
The baskets hold a total of 5.9 litres of media and can be stacked in an exact combination of layers for the best possible aquarium water. Easy opening via the handle allows the baskets to be lifted and separated quickly and easily, making routine maintenance simpler.
