Flexi Giant Black Edition Lead L, Tape, 8m, Black

Flexi has a heart for big dogs! Introducing the longest lead, the flexi® Giant L Professional, which offers 10 m of freedom of movement and technology as robust as your 50 kg companion. It is designed for strong and active dogs. And what does it offer you? A soft handle for long outings and training sessions, plus many other benefits:

Ergonomic design
This retractable lead, specially developed for training your four-legged helpers, features sophisticated ergonomics and a soft handle for your comfort.

Enhanced 360° tape outlet
The tape can be pulled out in any direction without jamming - a system perfected through countless tests.

Neon tape
The longer the lead, the more important it is for it to be visible. The neon tape is easily recognisable even from a distance and at dusk, increasing the safety of both your dog and yourself.

Safe and proven braking system
Proven technology in an exceptionally powerful design stops even the movement of "real" dogs at the press of a button.

Flexi® principles

#1 Freedom on the lead
The unique advantage of a retractable lead is that it gives space to a dog's natural desire to move and explore, without compromising safe control.
Especially in places where it is not permitted or not advisable to let a dog run free, flexi® turns dog walking into a harmonious experience that millions of dog owners in more than 90 countries around the world would not want to miss.

#2 An eye for detail
The flexi® retractable lead never sags. This lets you stop your dog at any time by pressing the brake button, keep them under safe control and draw them closer to you.
If you want your dog to walk to heel, you can lock the flexi® lead using the locking function.
More information on handling and safety when using flexi® retractable leads can be found in the operating instructions.

Quality and craftsmanship

flexi® retractable leads are small, finely tuned marvels, full of innovative ideas, patented technology and exclusive craftsmanship. They must pass more than 100 tests before even a single four-legged friend can use them.

Testing the limits

Extreme temperatures
Snow, heat, moisture, mud and dirt all take their toll on the material. That's why flexi® retractable leads are tested in extreme weather conditions. One result is that flexi® leads still work perfectly even when frozen and dropped from a height of several metres. That's quality made in Germany.

Extreme loads
flexi® retractable leads have to endure a lot, as they are used daily in all weathers. Above all, the lead must ensure that you stay safely connected to your dog. flexi® leads are subjected to extreme loads to guarantee a long, trouble-free service life even for the most energetic dog.

Braking system
We test not only the springs but also the braking system for durability. No wonder flexi® leads often last longer than we would wish, and get passed down from generation to generation...

Material fatigue
Deep inside every flexi® retractable lead is an extremely durable spring, designed to stand the test of time. Every spring mechanism undergoes rigorous testing and must withstand many, many cycles.
