Preparing a beef steak is alchemy. It's no different with the dried version. The chief carefully dries every steak slice of lean meat to preserve its natural flavour, juiciness and suppleness. Finally, he smokes it with beechwood smoke. This creates a protein snack with the typical Indiana Jerky flavour that delivers a solid dose of energy.

Any white coating on the product does not indicate a quality defect. The oxygen absorber inside the packaging is not intended for consumption (INDIANA Salami Snack Original 18g does not contain an absorber).
