It is a light treat that feels non-greasy to the touch, containing 54% protein and only a minimum of fat. This is the chief's original recipe with the unmistakable European savoury taste of meat.

Composition: turkey meat, table salt, sea salt, SOY protein hydrolysate, yeast extract, wine vinegar, pepper, flavouring, smoke flavouring, garlic, preservative: sodium nitrite.
Additional information: Heat-treated, shelf-stable meat product. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store at room temperature. Consume within 48 hours of opening. Any white coating on the product is not a sign of poor quality. The oxygen absorber inside the packaging is not intended for consumption.
