What is a cat's natural diet?

Let us picture it with the example of a mouse as typical cat prey, which your darlings would eat if they did not have their caring keepers – you. A mouse consists of approximately 60 % meat, 35 % animal by-products (heart, lungs, bones, etc.) and 5 % carbohydrates, with a moisture content of about 70 %.

Lucky Lou food is of course not made from mice, but its composition resembles this natural pattern as closely as possible and is even more delicious and healthier!

This food range is specially adapted to the various stages of a cat's life and their individual needs. Because a kitten needs a different amount of nutrients than an adult cat, and likewise cats in their prime have different food requirements than senior cats. At the same time you will also find here special variants for neutered cats and couch potatoes – with reduced fat content and L-carnitine.

Carrot contains a high amount of vitamin C, fibre, antioxidants and beta-carotene. It is easily digestible and, thanks to its sweet taste, tends to be a favourite treat for cats.

Pumpkin contains fibre, which supports proper digestion, and is rich in vitamin A, which benefits the skin and coat.

Evening primrose oil is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which support a healthy coat and skin, prevent inflammation and are beneficial to the cat's overall health.

Recommended feeding: The feeding ration always depends on the activity, age, size, breed and health of the cat. We recommend serving in smaller portions, as needed, 3–5% of the cat's body weight per day.

Store the food in a dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use as soon as possible.
