Lucky Reptile Beardie Jelly Adult 4x65g

Beardie Jelly is a complementary jelly-form food specially developed for bearded dragons. The balanced recipe offers a very wide range of ingredients for a healthy and balanced diet. Easy to dose and store.

Several types of insects serve as sources of protein, while plant-based ingredients provide, in addition to natural vitamins and minerals, valuable fibre. The food contains an extra portion of calcium, other minerals and trace elements. High-quality insect oil makes the food especially appealing. Once bearded dragons get used to this food (initially it may be necessary to offer the jelly with tweezers), they eat the jelly – roughly divided into bite-sized pieces – directly from the bowl.

Nutritional differences between growing (Juvenile) and adult (Adult) bearded dragons have been taken into account, with regard to the balance between plant and animal ingredients. We recommend switching from juvenile food to adult food at around 1 – 1.5 years of age, depending on husbandry conditions and growth rate.

Recommended feeding method: offer to bearded dragons 1–3× a week. Remove any uneaten leftovers the following day. An opened pack can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 days; let it warm to room temperature before serving. Also offer greens and live insects. However, if this jelly is fed regularly, feeding live insects can be avoided.
