General information about latex toys:
Owners of young dogs in particular should favour latex toys, because young dogs have very sharp teeth and tend to tear the toy completely apart. Small pieces may be swallowed in the process. Because latex does not harden in the dog's stomach and digestive system, it passes through without any problems, so swallowing small pieces of the toy is harmless. Even so, the owner should keep an eye on the dog when it plays with this toy. Replace a damaged or broken latex toy with a new one immediately.
