Acrylic:
An artificial fibre with a texture like wool, with which it is often blended. It is used as a substitute for woollen products. Acrylic is stretchy and soft, with a lower tendency to pill. Although its strength is lower than other synthetic fibres, it excellently withstands the effects of light, weather and organisms. Products made from it are strong, do not shrink and are easy to wash. Unlike wool, acrylic is not appetising to moths. It is very soft. An acrylic sweater does not itch.| Category: | Winter Coats for Dogs |
