NUTRIN Complete - chinchilla is intended for chinchillas. If you are feeding this food for the first time, the change of food should take place gradually. In practice this means a slow increase of the Nutrin food at the expense of the original food. The replacement of the original food should take place gradually, mainly for the prevention of digestive problems and also because chinchillas do not always accept new food immediately. The length of the period can thus vary from several days to several weeks.
From the start the feeding ration should follow the recommended daily ration of Nutrin Complete chinchilla food, i.e. 4 - 6 g per 100 g of body weight. It is advisable to divide the daily amount and feed it in the morning and evening. Always ensure unlimited access to fresh water. If the chinchilla does not regularly consume everything or no reduction of hay is observed, it is advisable to reduce the daily ration. Variety in the form of green food, fresh fruit, vegetables and gnawing material is possible. All changes concerning the feeding ration should be made with regard to the body weight, condition and health status of the individual.
Composition: Alfalfa, wheat, lignocellulose fibre, maize, brewer's yeast, soya protein, oat fibre, parsley, monocalcium phosphate, salt, apple fibre, chamomile, plantain, St John's wort, horsetail, mint, rapeseed oil, lysine (0.6%), lecithin (0.5%), limestone, sugar beet pulp, grape pomace, sunflower husks, methionine (0.2%), inulin (0.2%), grape seeds, yucca schidigera (0.1%), apple pomace, vitamin A 10000 IU, vitamin D3 1100 IU, vitamin C 200 mg, choline chloride 200 mg, Mn (manganese oxide) 90 mg, Fe 70 (ferrous sulphate monohydrate) mg, Zn (zinc oxide) 50 mg, vitamin E 40 mg, niacinamide 20 mg, vitamin B2 15 mg, vitamin B6 15 mg, vitamin B5 10 mg, Cu (copper sulphate pentahydrate) 8 mg, vitamin B1 5 mg, vitamin K3 0.9 mg, I (calcium iodate) 0.5 mg, Co (cobalt sulphate heptahydrate) 0.3 mg, Se (selenomethionine) 0.3 mg, biotin 0.25 mg, vitamin B12 0.025 mg.
