MillaMore Aspen Terrarium Bedding 10l / 1.6kg
100% natural Millamore Reptile substrate made from fine aspen chips, suitable for snakes, tortoises, iguanas and other animals without fur or with sensitive skin.
Natural substrate made from fine aspen chips is suitable for snakes, tortoises, iguanas and other animals without fur or with sensitive skin. The substrate allows animals to dig tunnels, helping to satisfy their natural instincts.
Millamore bedding is made from pure, untreated aspen wood (Populus tremula), with no admixture of wood or paper processing residues. Compared with conifers, aspen wood also has a low resin content and contains no phenols.
Millamore substrates have excellent hygienic properties and are safe for both animals and people. Aspen wood is dried at high temperatures (over 100 °C), giving it a high capacity to absorb liquid and odour, and it contains no bacteria, mould or fungi. Aspen wood bedding with laboratory-verified safety is also recommended by veterinarians.
Millamore bedding helps keep the enclosure clean, does not stick to animals' feet and does not raise dust when disturbed. It is biodegradable, compostable and manufactured waste-free using renewable energy sources. It is made from controlled wood with an FSC certificate, which guarantees sustainable and responsible forest management.
