JUKO Terrarium Peat 10l
A terrarium substrate made from natural harvested peat, suitable for many species of moisture-loving terrarium animals.
Particularly suitable for frogs, amphibians, spiders, snails, etc. Also suitable for other animals inhabiting the lower levels of tropical rainforest or moist subtropical forests (chameleons, moisture-loving lizards and geckos, water dragons, forest turtles and snakes, and others...).
- 100% natural
- excellent at absorbing and holding moisture
- can also be mixed with other materials such as sand, lignocellulose, coconut chips, etc.
The peat must be kept moist, otherwise it becomes dusty.
It can also be used for growing plants. It is added to growing substrates for plants - it improves substrate quality.
Use: sprinkle approx. 3 - 5 cm onto the bottom of the terrarium and spread it out. Replacement is recommended every three months.
