Protein&Co Avocado Oil Spray 250ml

Looking for an all-rounder you can use in both cold and hot dishes? Avocado oil is the right choice. This one is made from selected avocados that basked in the sun in South Africa just for you.

You can look forward not only to a delicate, slightly buttery flavour that will enhance every meal, but also to plenty of vitamins, healthy fats and other substances that will please not just your taste buds but your whole body.

Why choose avocado oil?

• It contains a decent amount of monounsaturated fats, which support your brain and cardiovascular system,
• it contains oleic acid, which helps lower bad cholesterol in the body,
• it's rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, D, E and K, which do your whole body good – from hair and skin to immune support,
• thanks to a smoke point of 270°, it's also great for frying,
• and of course, it tastes great.

Stay in control of both flavour and calories
Food doesn't need to swim in fat to taste good. A few drops are usually enough.

And the oil spray makes sure those drops land exactly where they should – nice and evenly, so you can squeeze the maximum flavour out of the minimum calories.
