In the tasting pack you'll find every flavour, so you don't have to agonise over which one to pick. It's simple – you taste, you try, and you choose your favourite.
A sweet 21 g of protein
And yet we haven't added any extra sugar to our MugCake. That's why the taste is just as well balanced as the nutritional values. So you won't be hungry again straight away.
We didn't just throw protein in at random. We combined 3 different protein sources to get the most out of that 30 % per serving – and for as long as possible. Added fibre also helps with digestion and absorption, supporting your gut microflora.
Little pot, cook!
We know, this joke is cheap – unlike our recipe. But our MugCake really does almost make itself. Just pour 60–70 ml of cold water over 70 g of the mix (about 3 tablespoons). Stir it, pop it in the microwave at 800 W and it's ready in 4 minutes.
You can eat it straight from the mug. Choose a bigger one though, because the MugCake rises up in the microwave.

How do you prepare 1 serving?
Pour 70 g of the powder mix (about 3 heaped tablespoons) into a larger mug (with a capacity of at least 300 ml, as the MugCake rises up in the microwave), add 70–90 ml of cold water and stir the mixture thoroughly. Then place the mug in the microwave and heat for 2–4 minutes at 800 W (heating time varies depending on the type of microwave). Simply tip the cake out or enjoy it straight from the mug. Consume immediately after preparation. The pack contains 7 servings.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures of 4–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture.
