Composition:
Each 4g sachet contains:
• butyrogenic alpha-glucan
• MPS Protect
• cobalamin - vitamin B12 (PXN-B12®) - 0.5 mg
• probiotic Enterococcus faecium (NCIMB 10415) 4b1707
• 2 x 1011 CFU/kg; 2 x 108 CFU/g
• probiotics
• Preplex® prebiotic (FOS and gum arabic)
• Mannanoligosaccharide (MOS)
• Beta-glucan
Dosage:
Administer Pro-Kolin Enterogenic for at least 30 days, then as needed. Sprinkle the contents of the sachet over the food.
<5 kg - 1/2 sachet/day
5-15 kg - 1 sachet/day
15-35 kg - 2 sachets/day
>35 kg - 3 sachets/day
