BARF (Bones and raw food) is a system of dog nutrition based on feeding raw meat on the bone and offal of mammals, poultry and fish with the addition of vegetables and fruit. Because in our conditions it is difficult to provide feeds with a complete content of certain nutrients due to their deficiency in the soil and subsequently in the food chain, we recommend also adding a vitamin-mineral supplement.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Roboran BARF is a vitamin-mineral preparation for dogs. It contains all the vitamins and minerals in such a combination as to suitably supplement the nutrients in raw feeds. The ratio of calcium and phosphorus takes into account the higher usability of phosphorus from raw meat than from cooked meat. As a source of active substances, organic raw materials, oil and herbs are used to the maximum extent. Trace elements in organic bonds have high usability. In particular, the combination of biotin (vit. H), selenium, iodine and zinc acts on the quality, shine and pronounced colouring of the coat. Yucca schidigera improves the digestion of the feed and the utilisation of nutrients, supports kidney function and detoxification, helps flush lactic acid from the muscles and thereby speeds up regeneration in working and sporting dogs. Oak bark acts against diarrhoea and inflammation of the digestive tract. Its use facilitates the transition to the BARF system in dogs previously fed kibble. Seaweed acts against the formation of tartar and removes odour from the mouth, but above all is a source of highly usable organic iodine.
USE:
Roboran BARF is intended for dogs from the start of using the BARF system. It is also suitable for pregnant and nursing bitches. It is administered mixed into minced or chopped meat, or the inner surface of the cut meat, fish or poultry is coated with it so that the dog cannot shake it off.
DOSAGE
Large dog4.0 g/pcs/day
Medium dog2.5 g/pcs/day
Small dog1.5 g/pcs/day
Note: A heaped coffee spoon contains approx. 4 g of the preparation, a level spoon approx. 2.5g of the preparation.
