- Low sodium intake limits portal hypertension and reduces extravascular fluid loss.
- An adapted energy level helps maintain the body weight of dogs with liver failure. L-carnitine supports the utilisation of fats in the liver, prevents excessive protein catabolism and reduces the risk of onset or progression of hepatic encephalopathy.
- A synergistic complex of antioxidants reduces oxidative stress and helps neutralise free radicals.
