Sera Phyto Med Mycozid 30ml

The sera Phyto med Mycozid plant-based water conditioner can help treat ornamental fish with fungal diseases or fungal egg infections in a freshwater aquarium, and also in a garden pond. It can also be used as a supplementary treatment for injuries or bacterial inflammation, as a prevention against secondary fungal infection. Where possible, diagnosis should be confirmed by microscopic examination of a skin or fin swab. Suitable for ornamental fish in aquariums and garden ponds, though here it is best used in a quarantine tank. The conditioner is not tolerated by Neritina snails.

Composition per 100 ml: Thyme oil 9 ml

Instructions for use: On days 1, 3 and 5, add 1 ml of sera phyto mycozid per 40 litres of water using the syringe provided. Spread the product over the surface of the water and stir it into the tank at the same time with a spoon or stick. In more severe cases, also apply 1 ml per 40 litres of water on day 7. Switch off UV lamps during treatment and ensure good aeration of the tank. Biological filters can be left running. After finishing the treatment, we recommend filtering the water through sera super carbon (activated carbon).

Storage: Store in the dark at room temperature (15-25°C).
