Sera Phyto Med Protazid 30ml
A plant-based water treatment with effective quinine from cinchona bark, used to treat white spot disease and other single-celled parasites in both freshwater and marine fish.
Ornamental fish in a marine aquarium suffering from velvet disease can also be successfully treated with sera Phyto med Protazid. It is very well tolerated by ornamental fish in both fresh and salt water. However, this water treatment is not well tolerated by invertebrates and algae. If possible, treat sick fish in a quarantine tank.

Pack size: 30 ml is effective for 195-330 litres.
Instructions for use: On day 1, using the syringe provided, add 1 ml of Protazid per 15 litres of water. Spread the product across the surface while stirring it into the tank with a spoon or rod at the same time. On day 3, add a further 1 ml per 45 litres of water to the tank. Switch off UV lamps during application and ensure good aeration of the tank. Biological filters may be left running. After finishing the treatment, we recommend filtering the water through sera super carbon.
Store at room temperature, away from light.
Composition per 100 ml: quinine hydrochloride from Cinchonae cortex 22.5g.
