VetExpert OtiFlush Ear Solution 125 ml
A care product for flushing the ear canal in dogs and cats. It can be used to support the hygiene of a healthy ear canal, to prepare the ear canal for therapy or as a supplement in cases of inflammation of the outer ear (otitis externa).
OtiFlush Ear Solution flush has an optimal pH of 5 and its main active substances are:
- chlorhexidine – a bactericidal and bacteriostatic substance that effectively helps soothe skin irritation and inflammation,
- allantoin – a biologically active substance that moisturises the skin and has a soothing and regenerative effect, stimulates cell division and growth,
- urea – a moisturising substance that indirectly influences epidermal renewal processes and has a bacteriostatic effect,
- lactic acid – a moisturising substance that facilitates the removal (exfoliation) of dead skin,
- salicylic acid – has a keratolytic (exfoliating) effect, regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands and reduces the number of micro-organisms and fungi, thereby helping to reduce inflammation.
Main benefits:
- helps with ear hygiene in cases of ear canal inflammation,
- supports therapy regardless of the cause of the inflammation,
- does not irritate,
- does not increase bacterial resistance,
- easy to use.
Composition: chlorhexidine, lactic acid, allantoin, urea, salicylic acid.
Use:
- fold back the animal's outer ear flap,
- apply the OtiFlush Ear Solution flush inside the ear,
- gently massage the base of the ear,
- use cotton wool or gauze to remove excess earwax.
Warning: Do not use cotton buds to clean the ears of dogs and cats! Animal ear canals are structured differently from human ones – you could damage them.
